Regional Manager

The job holder in each region will lead an exciting venture which involves recruiting and managing up to 20 Implementer colleagues to work with 200 new Employers per year per region for the next 3 years.

These are varied and challenging roles that demand full-time long-term commitment and we are seeking people who are prepared to take on this level of responsibility and accountability. Key Dimensions: You will represent Hambleden in the region, manage a team of self-employed implementers and personally carry out field sales visits to finalise contracts

Experience, Skills Knowledge: Business & HR practitioner experience essential, as is field management experience of supervising teams. You must be willing and able to sell, have a good working knowledge of IiP and have worked with SMEs. You will have Business/HR consultancy/training/recruitment skills.

Characteristics: You are assertive, with a high level of initiative. An organised, energetic multi-tasker and an influential communicator with high level management skills, you have the ability to build relationships and network. You enjoy travel, are able to manage a demanding workload with proficiency and are willing to work the hours needed to be successful in this role.

Benefits: Negotiable fees or salary/bonus from £4000 to £6000+ per month according to commitment made / objectives achieved.
